It started with a sick puppy and a lot of love.

When Oliver was a puppy, he was very sick. As Beth nursed him back to health, they did a lot of training—which meant a lot of treats. But she wanted to make sure they were good for him. So, being a lifelong baker, she started making her own. Real ingredients. Real food. Made with love.

Once Oliver recovered, she learned he was exceptionally smart, curious and full of energy. He needed more than a long walk — his brain needed to be engaged. Puzzles. Training games. Agility exercises.

Years before, Beth trained two of her rescues—Scout and Jasper—to become volunteer therapy dogs at UCLA Hospital in Los Angeles. For more than a decade, they walked into patient rooms and did what dogs do best: loved people, no questions asked. One wag of a tail and suddenly, an ailing person lying in a bed attached to machines is all smiles. That experience taught Beth that, for a dog to be fully present and engaged, their brains needed to be stimulated every single day.

Enrichment isn't a luxury. It's everything. That's why these treats exist. And a portion of every sale goes to organizations helping dogs like Oliver, Scout, and Jasper find their forever homes. Oliver P. Toliver's Thoroughly Tasty Treats is how Beth brings all of her passions together — dogs, baking, and giving back. One small batch at a time.
